By downloading or using TimeBack ("the app"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
TimeBack is a digital wellness app that helps you build healthy habits by creating mindful pauses before opening social media apps. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
TimeBack does not require an account. The app stores your data locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.
TimeBack offers an optional auto-renewable subscription called TimeBack Pro:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's Account Settings on the App Store. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Subscriptions are governed by Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
TimeBack uses Apple's Screen Time API to function. Granting Screen Time access is optional but required for the app's core features. You can revoke this permission at any time through your device's Settings.
All content, design, and code in TimeBack are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.
TimeBack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results from using the app. TimeBack is not a medical or therapeutic tool and should not be used as a substitute for professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
