TimeBack uses Screen Time to detect when you open social media apps. It creates a gentle pause and suggests a quick micro-habit (like 5 pushups or a breathing exercise). Complete the habit to earn scroll time.
Screen Time access allows TimeBack to detect app opens and show mindful pauses. You can skip this during onboarding and enable it later in Settings. The app works best with Screen Time access enabled.
You can manage or cancel your TimeBack Pro subscription anytime:
Open TimeBack, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Your subscription will be restored if it's active on your Apple ID.
